No lifeguard on duty - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

Pool Open May 1 – September 30

Pool Hours 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.

  • NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES or glass containers are allowed inside the pool area.
  • Swimming is permitted only during published “Open” hours of the pool. The pool is officially closed when a “Closed” sign is posted.
  • Only Members that are current on their annual assessment fees may use the pool.
  • The pool cannot be reserved for private parties.
  • The pool facilities, tables and chairs must he shared by everyone.
  • Members may bring a reasonable number of guests to the pool. Pool use is restricted to four hours for groups.
  • Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests, and must accompany their guests.
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be inside the pool area, not at the picnic area. Adults 18+ must accompany babies in the pool. DO NOT leave babies or children alone in the pool.
  • No diving or jumping from the pool side is allowed.
  • NO running, roughhousing, profanity or behavior that disturbs other pool users is permitted.
  • DO NOT open the gate for anyone that does not have the pool code. DO NOT give the gate code to non members – no exceptions.
  • DO NOT prop open the gate. The gate must he closed at all times to abide by state law and liability insurance requirements.
  • NO pets are allowed at anytime inside the pool or playground area.
  • All swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
  • All swimmers must wear bonafide swimming attire. Babies are not allowed in the pool unless wearing swim diapers that prevent leakage. In the event of a fecal accident in the pool, the pool must be evacuated immediately so the pool can he cleaned per health and safety regulations. Please call Dan Wagner, 210-381-8112.
  • The pool must be evacuated in the event of thunder and/or lightning.
  • Loud music, ball playing and noisy or hazardous activity will not be permitted in the pool area.
  • Please dispose of all trash in the containers provided.
  • The Homeowners Association assumes no responsibility for any personal injury to anyone resulting from use of the pool. The Homeowners Association assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to personal property or effects left in the pool area.
  • Violations of these rules should he reported to the Homeowners Association.
  • Any Member or guests that violates the rules as posted must leave the facility upon the request of a HOA representative.
  • If you break it, you will pay for the repairs!
  • In the event of an emergency, call 911.
